Exodus 3: Learning to Accept What You Should Accept
Learning to Accept What You Should Accept
Moses begins to question God, as we all do, and asks a series of questions to think his way out of what God has told him to do. This is an experience that we ALL have when we know in our hearts we should do something, but the mind takes over with questions—even in the face of God’s will.
Learning to accept what you should accept is an important part of spiritual growth.
Exodus 3:12 And he said, Certainly I will be with thee; and this shall be a token unto thee, that I have sent thee: When thou hast brought forth the people out of Egypt, ye shall serve God upon this mountain.
Exodus 3:14 And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.
Exodus 3:15 And God said moreover unto Moses, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, the LORD God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, hath sent me unto you: this is my name for ever, and this is my memorial unto all generations.
