Shipping, Ordering, Delivery and Returns

Terms and Conditions

1. Fulfillment

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. We only ship within the continental United States. 

Our drop shipper has locations nationwide (and worldwide), so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently! 

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: 

  • USA: 7–11 business days 

Our fulfillment times for apparel products may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal.  We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.

2. Shipping and Tracking

We offer free shipping for almost all of our products. Please see specific products for shipping details. 

You’ll receive a tracking link, via email, when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, reach out to us at (include your order number): mail@searchBlackandEducation.com.

3. Refunds and Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. Here’s how it works.

We offer returns on wrong or damaged products based on the following:

  • The Customer must notify us, Red and Black Ink, LLC, by email, within 7 days of the delivery date of the item(s), at: mail@SearchBlackandEducation.com  For processing, please include the order number and the reason for the return.

  • The Customer will receive instructions for how to return the item(s); an email with a return label attached. (This may be all in one email or in separate emails).

  • The Customer will have 30 days, from the date of the email that contains the return label, to return the item(s).

  • If the item(s) is received within that 30-day period, the Customer will receive a refund to the original form of payment.

  • If for any reason the return is denied, the Customer will be notified by email.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong or damaged items. 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color? 

At this time, we don't offer exchanges.

My delivery was lost in transit, what should I do?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than one week after the estimated delivery date. Please email us at mail@searchBlackandEducation.com within one week’s time with any details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

4. Digital Products

If, for any reason, you did not receive the link for any digital product, please contact us with your order number and the link will be resent to you.

We do not offer refunds on digital products at this time.

5. Warranties and Liabilities

The Customer will hold Danita Smith and Red and Black Ink, LLC harmless for any occurrence they deem unwanted, for any liability or damages, whatsoever related to any product or service, interaction, transaction or transmission that may take place as a result of purchasing, taking part in or participation in any of the products or services we offer.

We make no warranties or guarantees about the products and services offered in these terms—as some of the services/products delivered will depend upon third-party vendors.  You agree to hold us harmless in any event whatsoever and/or in the event that legal action is taken against you in relation to any product/services we offer.

6. Updates to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these terms, as we deem appropriate, at any time.

These policies shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
