1. Mailing Lists

Signing up for our mailing lists will include use of our website and services as noted below.

2. EBook, Downloadble Content and Books

Our ebooks and downloadable content are delivered via a download link through our hosting provider. You agree to hold us harmless in any event as it relates to the downloading and use of any content related to this website.

3. Courses

Our courses are designed to introduce you to fundamental concepts in history, education and computer science—concepts that, if learned, can hopefully move you forward in life.

Our courses are virtual and require online transmission to access the course materials, video explanations or written content. The User will hold Danita Smith and Red and Black Ink, LLC harmless for any occurrence they deem unwanted, for any liability or damages, whatsoever related to any service, interaction, transaction or transmission that may take place as a result of purchasing, taking part in or participation in any of the services or goods we offer.

In some instances, some courses may require or suggest the use of certain technologies that support the content of the course. The Company is not responsible for the functionality of these technologies and Users agree to hold Red and Black Ink, LLC and its officers, harmless as it relates to the use of those technologies.

See Refunds - Users agree to hold Red and Black Ink, LLC and Danita Smith harmless, in every way, as it relates to ANY damages, claims, liabilities, etc. that could in any way stem from the use or interaction with the services, goods, content, etc. offered on this site.

5. Warranties and Liabilities

The User will hold Danita Smith and Red and Black Ink, LLC harmless for any occurrence they deem unwanted, for any liability or damages, whatsoever related to any service, interaction, transaction or transmission that may take place as a result of purchasing, taking part in or participation in any of the services or goods we offer.

We make no warranties or guarantees about the services offered in these terms.  As some of the services delivered will depend upon third-party vendors. You agree to hold us harmless in any event whatsoever and/or in the event that legal action is taken against you in relation to any services we offer.

6. Advertisements

You agree to allow us to use your participation in our courses and/or tutorial sessions (e.g., recording or capturing tutorial sessions, etc.), as an example of the type of work we have done in discussions and/or advertisements to potential customers, during your service or after the service has been completed.

7. Review and Use of Website

The Company also produces blogs, post, podcasts and other educational content for the edification of youth and adults alike. Your use and review of this information is solely at your discretion and the Privacy Policy of the Company is at play during the use of any part of this site, including the use of cookies to help us analyze the ways in which our site is used. Users agree to hold The Company and any of its officers harmless in every way as it relates to the use of this site.

If Users wish to cite content, the citation should be attributed to: Danita Smith, Red and Black Ink, LLC, Black and Education (insert URL whenever possible) and date information was retrieved.
