  • Her Golden Heru Name: Heru-Nub, Netjeretkhau ("Divine of Appearances")

  • Her Neswt Bity (Throne Name): Nswt Bity, Ma’at Ka Ra or Ra Ma’at Ka ("Ra’s Soul is Truth")

  • Her Nomen (Birth Name): Son of Ra, Hatshepsut ("Foremost of Noble Women ). Also, Khenemet-Amen ("Who is Joined with Amen")

The foremost of noble women who was joined with Amun, was also known as Ma’at Ka Ra (she was a woman whose soul resonated with truth and Ra, and someone who saw herself as united with Amen). The idea of being united with God and committed to God—ruling with God in your life…is a powerful idea to believe in. Hatshepsut did all of this with the firm belief that she should give God the best.
